Submission Guidelines

It's easy to submit your abstract, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Download the Abstract template
  2. Follow the instructions included in the Abstract template: a single page only (no additional data, figures…)
  3. To apply for the best communication awards (oral and poster) you can indicate in the "Comments" section, if you are elligible (elligible authors should be less than 2 years after the obtention of their PhD) --> We strongly recommend you to fill the specific form on SFNano website: http://www.sfnano.fr/paris-2016/awards/
  4. Abstract and other written material related to the conference are expected to be in English.
  5. Create an account (this does not mean an automatic registration to the conference);
  6. Submit your abstract through your account. Fill out all required fields, add your co-authors. Copy and paste the text of your abstract in the required field. At the end you will also be able to upload the completed abstract document that you have downloaded in step 1.
