The registration fees include :

- 3 days conference package (Lunches – Coffee Breaks included)
- Welcoming Cocktail
- An extra-charge of 10€ will be asked for the gala-diner

(i):Packages
with hotel are only valid for the categories above and only for the following conditions:
- This offer has a limited number of places and will be removed when the maximum quota is reached. Register now!
- Price has been negotiated with the hotel were the congress is hosted. This is valid only for 2 nights with breakfast included. It is not possible to accept only 1 night stay or more than 2 nights.
- No reimbursement is possible, whatever the reason
Please note that we will apply cancelation fees (150€) and that no cancelation will be possible after Novembre 15th.
